How do I sign out of this site?

Do I have to register and sign in to purchase products?
No. You can browse our store and shop as a guest. Once you have added a product to your shopping bag and click “Checkout”, you can choose to register or continue shopping as a guest. The benefits of registering are that we can make your shopping experience easier by keeping track of billing and contact information for you in a fully-secured environment protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Added benefits include a member profile page and the ability to view your account history.

How do I add an item to my shopping bag?
To add an item to your shopping bag, go to the product page and enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field, then click “Add to Bag”.

How do I remove an item from my shopping bag?
To remove an item from your shopping bag, select the checkbox under “Remove”, next to the item you wish to remove, then click the “Update” button.

To remove all of the items in your shopping bag, click the “Clear Shopping Bag” button.

Select “Address Book” from the “My Account” menu and then select the “Contact Name” of the account for which you wish to update your contact information. Make your changes and then click “Update Contact”.

Can I change my e-mail address and password?
Yes. To update your e-mail address and password, you must first sign in. After you sign in, click “My Account” at the top of the page to access your account information and then select “Change E-mail Address/Password” from the “My Account” menu. You may update your e-mail address, first and last name, and change your password, then click “Update Sign In”. Please note: for security purposes, your password must consist of 7-32 characters and must include at least one number and one letter.

Can I view my previous orders placed on this site?
Yes. To view your order history, you must first sign in. After you sign in, click “My Account” on the menu bar to access your account information. Select “View Order History” from the “My Account” menu and then select the order number for the order you wish to view.

Can I provide special instructions with my order?
Yes. You can include special instructions for orders during checkout. On the “Shipping Method & Instructions” page, simply type your special instructions or comments in the “Special Instructions” text box. Click “Submit”, then continue with the checkout process.
